Purpose:
1. To seek, examine, implement and assess ways to improve student success, performance and well being.

2. To encourage innovation, collegiality and meaningful professional development.

3. To address building goals and objectives.

4. To foster a team approach to problem solving.

5. To broaden ownership and accountability for decisions.

Current Focus:
The SDM Team at Harris Hill will look to examine how to integrate test preparation (preparing our children for state exams) with our current focus celebrating students' critical thinking.  This will be an integral part of the 2007 - 2009 School Improvement Plan.

A guest can voice concerns in person or by letter.
